Collaboration of US and Polish police officers resulted in arrest of international steroid company

Recently the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has worked together with Polish police officers in order to catch individuals that have been suspected in shipment of steroids and other doping medications to different countries of the world.
This investigation started about one year ago. The polish Border Guard Straz Graniczna intercepted large quantities of steroids that were sent to persons in the US and Canada. Steroids in form of injections and pills were seized at the Warsaw mail terminal.
Straz Graniczna collaborated with US DEA. Ultimately two men from Poland were arrested. One of them was detained, after he left the post office. More than 7, 000 steroid pills and 19, 000 steroid vials and 47, 000 Polish zloty or more than 14, 000 US dollars were discovered in this man’s car. But it was just the beginning of confiscation.
It was defined that an apartment located in Warsaw served as a base of the underground lab that produced steroids which are ordinarily utilized by American bodybuilders. When law enforcement officials searched the apartment, they discovered drug paraphernalia there. A political activist, an art historian, a teacher of deaf children, an official of Treasury Department and an employee of the Canadian Embassy were belonged to the jury.
Joyce Robinson-Paul, a political activist, was interviewed by the New York Daily News several days after Roger Clemens was cleared of the charges. She affirmed that the jurors understood that they had to be fair to both the federal prosecutors and the sportsman. But they didn’t find anything that had to be pursued.  Later she also affirmed that the  federal prosecutors were not able to prove their affirmations.
Bradford Weaver, an employee of the Canadian Embassy claimed that the government acted wrongly. He noticed that such cases should not be repeated. This person also noticed that there was nothing to be pursued. He was interviewed by the Associated Press. Bradford Weaver also claimed that each juror comprehended from the very beginning that Roger Clemens was not guilty of any charge. Weaver reminded that every juror was unanimous.
The employee of the Canadian Embassy was also asked whether he considered that Roger Clemens really took steroids. Journalists of the Associated Press also asked him whether he considered that the governmental case against the baseball player represented only the waste of taxpayers’ funds. But Bradford Weaver didn’t answer the questions.
Another juror that chose not to be identified confirmed that the jurors didn’t comprehend how the government made the decision to waste huge sums of money during 5 years in order to prosecute the baseball player. This person confirmed that it was impossible to understand why the prosecution took place five years.
Other jurors didn’t present any information.
As for feds, they were totally disappointed. They refused to respond to the affirmations presented by the jurors.
